I love it and my baby has never had a skin reaction to any Babo products. I love in Colorado (high desert) and spend a lot of time outside. During ski season, sometimes my face gets chapped-no fun! I only used it once, because my face was feeling dry and it was the only one available. For the next 2 1/2 days my face felt like it was on fire, was bright red and bumpy. My regular sensitive skin moisturizer wasn't helping. I ordered Babo, hoping I wasn't making a mistake. It arrived and with trepidation I put some on. It did sting for the first minute or so, but has worked miracles. My morning most of my face was almost back to it's normally complexion and the bumpiness was alleviated. The next day it was still irritated but I could tell healing. I can't say my skin is soft, (which is why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars), but it's a wonderful calming lotion. I've read people don't like the scent. Used it every evening for about a week and noticed dry patches around my mouth and forehead that weren’t there before. No other changes made to skincare routine. Stopped using it for several days and no longer had dry spots. Tested it one more time and got dry itchy spots on my face again after using. It’s a great option for calming and moisture at this price point and helped calm my ezcema around my eye. Solid option, but the overall texture left on my skin was not comfortable for me.
