Product Description
Your pets are family, and PetArmor helps you confidently care for your pets, and your home-especially when it comes to flea and tick control. PetArmor conveniently provides vet-quality protection without the expense of a vet visit. PetArmor Carpet Powder kills fleas, flea eggs, flea larvae, flea pupae, and brown dog ticks hiding around your home. This flea & tick treatment for home covers 200 to 400 square feet and works for up to a year, effectively disrupting the flea life cycle. This home flea treatment starts working within 24 hours. Armor your pet with America's #1 flea & tick brand.
* To apply, shake over affected areas. Allow the powder to remain in place for 24 hours before vacuuming. If you cannot stay off the treated areas for a full 24 hours, let the product rest for a least 1 hour before vacuuming.
*Safety tip: Always read the directions thoroughly when using any flea and tick product.

From the United States
* I have never received a defective spray nozzle, whereas a different brand (main competitor- blue spray bottle) I have never received a spray nozzle that worked properly, it was more expensive, and white liquid. This product is not thick and white, it is a light spray.
*This sprayer has the “twist” cap with off, stream, and wide spray options, which I appreciate. I spray all fabric, bedding, carpet, soft surfaces in my home on a regular basis, and have never had any issue with staining or fabric damage.
Side Notes: to be clear, these are not “cons” to me.
* If you accidentally get it on hard floor, it can be slippery. For example, if you’re spraying an area rug or a kitchen rug that is on a hardwood floor or tile, and some of the spray gets around it on the hard surface, wipe up the excess. It’s a liquid. This is a fabric spray… and I just mean wipe it with the paper towel, so the floor isn’t actually wet. If the floor is dry, it’s not slippery. I feel like this is a “caution, coffee is hot” type of warning. Common sense: wet floor = slippery.
* You are purchasing a product with pesticide in it. That’s why it’s effective. The smell doesn’t linger, but if you’re expecting it to come out smelling like your favorite Febreze, you have unrealistic expectations. It doesn’t smell bad, and the other brand I mentioned earlier in my review is worse on the scent level, in my opinion. If you are looking for an all natural, essential oil kind of deal, you probably won’t be happy with this, but I guarantee it will not be as effective as this either. This product protects up to seven months in the FUTURE. An all natural product is not going to do that.. :)
My dogs are on monthly flea and tick treatment so I do not use this as the main flea control in my household. They do however love to roll in the grass and sunbathe. I like to cuddle with them and nothing else they bring inside, lol. This works for that.
Then, after an hour, vauumed everywhere again. Then wait a few days, do this process again. Only finding a few tiny fleas now, YAY!!!
Will make this a weekl routine for NO fleas, a clean house and calm pets!!!
Love the light, pleasant smell, cats- not so much, lol! Dogs tried to move out, lol.
Meanwhile, I used this around baseboards, doors, bathrooms(where litter boxes are), under sofa, beds, bookcases, closets, all other furniture.
Vacuumed about a half hour later, everywhere.
Tomorrow, will open windows and air out, spray again, vacuum again.
I made a stupid mistake last month walking the dogs in our rural area without ANY flea deterents on them. Now we have all these teensy UNinvited friends, and worse than that, the dogs are under control, but our five inside-only kitties are going nuts!!! I found a topspot application that seems to be working, except on my white cat, must be a racist medicine, lol.
Anyway, joking aside, I used two doses of top application on him bc he is big and fat anyway, 22 lbs.
But this spray is easy to use, just remember to work a routine to spray, wait an hour, then vacuum.
Mostly, I bought this to get the flea eggs, man, they are everywhere! And if you don't treat the eggs and get them up, they hatch faster than you can blink an eye! Scary!
So be active AND proactive.
I already see fleas dying, so the eggs will follow. I hope. Will post a followup in a couple of weeks!
DON'T SPRAY TOO CLOSE OR YOU FOAM-COAT EVERYTHING!!! USE A SWEEPING, MISTING MOTION, MAYBE 10-14 INCHES ABOVE AREA!
All pets received Advantage flea treatment the day before, then we spent the the entire following day vacuuming, washing pet toys, human and pet bedding, throw rugs, rags, bathing towels, and anything else which could possibly host a flea and egg. I personally vacuumed for over an hour!
The dogs were out back, and cats in one room.after two hours, they were allowed back in, then I treated the room the cats were in. After that, I heavily treated both from t and backyard with Black Flag flea and tick yard spray.
We thought it worked great as no animals were scratching for a few days, but we started noticing tiny dark brown jumping blood suckers under the covers where the fur babies sleep when I leave for work.
Three days later: Those tiny fleas are near grown now and it's as if I never treated the house. I can't sit on the sofa without one jumping onto my legs.
Keep in mind I cleaned everything! I spent seven long Sunday hours doing everything I could, and did 11 loads of laundry. The hardwood floors were even washed with Clorox! Only three roo.s have carpet, and two are off limits to the pets, but they were still vacuumed and treated with powder.
My pets are miserable again. I'm getting bitten while I sleep, and finding them in my socks while at work, and it's driving me crazy!
Two days later: Used the remainder of both spray and powder, but the fleas are still here.
We're very disappointed with the results, and we're retreating everything tomorrow with a different, more toxic, brand.
It's a big Cloud of powder .I see why the can says stay away until it all settles.........I wouldn't recommend it unless you live alone , no pets no kids and you can go out for a while , while it works. It smells interesting. One purchase is all I'll need
