I changed and purchased new shampoo and conditioner at a salon and I noticed that I didn’t have as much fall out as I did perviously. Buyer beware when getting beauty products off a online warehouse. I’ve learned my lesson the hard way and will not be purchasing this item again. However, the packaging for shipping did not adequately seal the shampoo bottle. There was a small bit of "tape" intended to keep the top closed during transit, but that was ineffective. Instead, the flip top partially opened and I ended up with a bag full of leaked shampoo. |
